I was born and raised in Northern California, but when I moved to Arizona in 2019, I knew this was home. Two weeks after moving to a new state not knowing a single person, I jumped into yoga teacher training and started school at ASU (I like to take on a lot at once).

I went into yoga teacher training with absolutely no intention of being a teacher. I connected with yoga in my first semester of college at Santa Clara University. I was struggling to make the adjustment to college, and going to the local yoga studio felt like an escape. I knew moving to Arizona not knowing anyone would be a challenge, so I decided to sign up for teacher training as it would be a way for me to meet new people and learn more about something I truly enjoyed. I finished my 200-hour right when the pandemic hit. 

I saw an ad on Instagram that a new studio in Scottsdale was looking for instructors. Just “for fun,” I decided to send in my video audition with no expectations. I was shocked to get an email a couple weeks later that YogaSix wanted to hire me. I felt nervous to take this on due to my lack of experience, but it was this leap of faith that truly got me started.

I now teach for Modern Yoga, LifeTime Scottsdale, Caesar’s Republic Hotel, The Westin Kierland, and I am the lead instructor for the San Diego Padres. All of these places have given me so many opportunities to grow as a teacher and as a human. I am surrounded by amazing teachers, students, and I have met some of my best friends through this community. I have also been lucky enough to work with brands such as Alo, Free People Movement, Sweaty Betty, Nordstroms, and so many more.

When I’m not teaching or taking class, I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Edge Realty Partners. I have been at Edge since August 2023, where I have been able to extend my passions for all things food, fitness, and fashion into the retail/restaurant space. I currently work with the Edge team on several high-profile restaurant and retail roll-outs in the market including: Pretty Decent Concepts, Land Ocean Restaurants, Cactus Club, Jars by Fabio Viviani, La La Land Kind Cafe, Prince Street Pizza, and Born & Bred.

When I’m not working, you can find me at any type of workout with friends. I am a regular at Glory Gains, Modern Yoga, and LifeTime Scottsdale. I love to shop, I live for a good outfit, and when the weather is +70 degrees you can find me on the golf course.
