My workout routine

Between yoga, lifting weights, hiit classes, spin, and walks…. you can find me doing any workout except running.

Growing up, I played every sport in the book. Being active since I was a little girl lent a hand in shaping who I am today. It provided me with the qualities and traits I implement on a daily basis, and it’s what has shaped my driven personality. My workout is a priority for me everyday, but I always focus on listening to my body.

A week of workouts for me looks like this…

Monday: morning yoga practice & glutes workout at Glory Gains

Tuesday: morning yoga practice and a 45-minute power walk, or a peloton ride

Wednesday: leg day with my trainer Caleb at Glory Gains (he kills me)

Thursday: hot yoga in the am, upper body workout in the pm

Friday: morning yoga or a walk & 12pm BODI class

Saturday: yoga only

Sunday: peloton ride or yoga

This can definitely change week to week depending on my schedule and how my body feels, but overall this has been really good for me. Ever since I incorporated more strength training into my routine, I have noticed a huge difference in my yoga practice, my body composition, and my confidence (can finally carry the case of waters across Costco… woo!)
